The Language Arts Resource Center (LARC) provides materials in support of teaching, learning and research. Students are encouraged to use the materials to complete course assignments, and to browse the collection for personal enrichment and the development of language skills. |

Language Arts Resource Center (LARC)
Located on the 2nd of Goddard Library, the Language Arts Resource Center houses
a collection of materials-- CDs, CDROMs, videos, DVDs --that support courses in
the Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures. There are several viewing
stations for individual use.

FAQ for Faculty
1. How and when do I order materials?
Please give your orders to Professor Montross before the end of the previous semester, if possible.
2. My students need to watch a video. or DVD. Where should they go?
A staff person at the Reserve Desk will check out the item from the materials on
reserve for a course or will find the item in the three cabinets outside of the
Language Arts Resource Center. The patrons can watch the items in the Language
Arts Resource Center or reserve a small-group media room at the Circulation
Desk.
3. How do I find out if the LARC collection has a certain item?
